STUD 111 – Zandhoven (BE) Breeding Farm

Stud 111 is a well-known name in the sport and breeding world. Harrie Theeuwes developed his activities at the Zeldenrust mill, and the initial plan was for his brother Victor to upgrade and expand the existing facilities in the same style with the intention of selling them afterward. The team at Altez Equestrian Projects took on the task. Victor Theeuwes was so impressed with the new project that he decided to build it to keep. As a result, he is now returning to his roots where his childhood home once stood.

Stud 111 “Where breeding and stallion station, dressage and jumping harmoniously coexist”

What we know today as Stud 111, a stallion station and training stable in collaboration with Abdel Saïd, was made possible thanks to the new stable. The flexibility of Altez allowed for quick and efficient anticipation of the client’s new requirements. Stud 111 represents sport and dressage, young horses and stallions, and they all have their needs and desires. For each of them, we designed a model where the coexistence between the various horses proceeds smoothly in one stable complex.
