Policy on avoiding (inter)national important sites

Altez Equestrian recognizes its responsibility as a major player in the construction industry and its impact on the environment and society. As part of our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, we adopt the following policy to avoid key sites and locations where land use conflicts may arise.

Avoiding key sites:

Altez Equestrian is committed to avoiding key national and international sites. These sites include, but are not limited to, ecologically valuable areas, protected natural areas, historically and culturally significant sites and areas of high biodiversity.

Prohibition of activities in conflicting land use zones:

Altez Equestrian will not conduct activities in areas where land use conflicts may arise. This includes areas where there are territorial disputes, violations of the rights of indigenous populations, illegal expropriation of land, or areas where activities threaten local communities or their natural resources.
